Financial Aid Forms

Most documents and data requests will be requested through and uploaded for students and any contributor on their FAFSA directly through the Student Financial Planning Portal. Granting guest access is required from the student before the contributor can submit the document.

The 2026-2027 FAFSA  opened October 1, 2025.

Forms to submit with required documentation for this aid year will be available in the Student Financial Planning portal, new for 2026-27.
