How do I access ePay?

1. Log onto MyGCC
2. Click on “VCCS SIS, Student Information System.”
3. Select “Account Details” in the “Tuition & Payments” tile
4. Select either “Make a Payment” or “Apply for Payment Plan” from the menu options on the left side of the screen.
5. Follow the prompts to complete a payment or set up a payment plan.

What do I do if I don’t see Germanna?

1. If you have ever attended another VCCS institution, you may not see Germanna under “Finances” in your Student Center. Click on “Switch College" on the top left of the browser window.
2. Change the institution on the drop-down menu to “Germanna Community College” and hit save.
3. Navigate back to your Student Center. You should now see Germanna under the Finances and the correct charges you owe for your tuition.

Why ePay is not opening from my student center?

1. ePay is often blocked by pop-up blockers. Check your internet browser to ensure that pop-ups are not being blocked.
2. Always access ePay from a secure computer over a secure internet connection.

How do I make a payment?

If it is your first-time using ePay, you will have to create an account. Once you have completed the process, you will see a “Success” message.

1. In the Home Tab, you will see amount owed. For more details, click “Transaction Details”.
2. Click on “Make a Payment” to begin the payment process.
3. Choose the semester you wish to pay. Enter the Amount of the payment.
4. Click “Next-Payment Method”
5. Choose Payment Method, Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card. Please note ePay charges a processing fee of 2.8% on Credit/Debit cards. There is no fee for Checking or Savings payments
6. Click “Pay Now”.
7. You will receive “Thank you” notification with a summary of your payment.
8. Your payment will hit your account immediately but will not be fully processed until the “effective date”, usually within the next 2 business days.

How do I create an authorized payer?

Students are able to create authorized payers on their accounts. This is someone—a parent, guardian, etc.—whom you allow making payments on ePay to your account. Authorized payers are not able to view a student’s personal information (registered courses, grades, etc.). Authorized payers are not granted full access rights under FERPA.

1. Navigate to “Add an Authorized Party” on the right-hand side of ePay home page.
2. Enter name of Authorized Party, choose Authorized Party’s access, enter an authentication question and answer, email address of Authorized Party and click “Save”.
3. Your authorized payer will receive an email with the link for them to log in. Once you provide the payer with the login ID and password you gave them, they will be able to log in and make payments against your account.

How do I edit or delete my authorized payer(s)?

1. From the ePay Home page, click on “MyProfile” at top left of screen.
2. Under Manage Payers, you can choose “Add” to add a new payer or “Edit” to make changes to a current payer.

How do I save my payment information?

1. When making a payment, at the bottom of the page, you can choose to save the payment information for future use.
2. Select “Save & Continue”

How do I add other notification information?

1. Navigate ePay Home Page.
2. On right side click on “Register to receive text services on your mobile phone” or go to My Profile and click Communication Settings “Edit”.
3. Click “sign up for text services”.
4. If you would like to add a secondary email address, got to My Profile and click “Edit” Contact Information. Click “add another e-mail address” enter it in the appropriate field.
5. Select “save” to save any changes.

How do I view current and previous statements?

Navigate to Nelnet ePay Home.

1. Click “Account Details” in Payment Activity box.
2. Choose term you wish to print.
3. Click “Print” in upper right-hand corner. A statement will be generated with your student ID#, term and Germanna logo.
