Letter From the President

During my first 100 days as president of Germanna Community College, I had the privilege of meeting with students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and community partners across our region. These conversations deepened my appreciation for the people, values, and aspirations that make Germanna such a special place.

Listening was my highest priority as I began this role. What I heard was clear: our students are ambitious, our employees are deeply committed to their success, and our community believes in the important role Germanna plays in creating opportunity throughout our region.

Those insights are helping shape Vision 2030, our strategic planning process and roadmap for the future. As we continue this work, your voice remains essential.

I invite you to read my First 100 Days Report and share your feedback through the Vision 2030 survey. Together, we can build on Germanna’s strengths and create greater opportunities for our students and a greater impact across our region.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
