My lifelong passion for learning translates to helping support a cause I truly believe in. Access to education is often a key factor in determining a person's future opportunities and success, so assuming the role as the new Germanna Educational Foundation Board President means that I can help support students individually and serve the community.
I am inspired by our students' drive to succeed and their tenacity to overcome obstacles. The Germanna staff is also a source of inspiration for me. Their holistic approach to supporting students goes beyond academics; they care about the well-being of each student and support their overall development and success.
The Germanna Guarantee Program is impactful because it helps students stay on track for graduation. Imagine having a couple of classes left, but you can't afford the tuition. This program is designed to help qualifying students with tuition payments when the alternative is to drop out of school. Programs like this are at the heart of why I love being part of the Foundation.
