Printing kiosks are available at all locations providing students with convenient access to printing while generating less waste.

Students are able to print what they need, when they need it and where they need it.

Printing charges are $.10 simplex/$.18 duplex for black and white and $.35 simplex/$.68 duplex per page for color. Students may load additional funds to their accounts as needed.

First time users

  1. Please establish your school account.
  2. Logon to the site using your myGCC username and password.
  3. Once you have successfully logged onto the site it will automatically create your account.  You have now been registered with WEPA and can access the kiosks/cloud stations.

How to Print

Print from any Windows or Mac application that allows printing. Simply download Wēpa to your local machine and print away.

  • Web. Login and select your documents and “send to Wēpa.”
  • Mobile App. Download the app and follow the instructions.
  • Email. Attach your document to an email, send to print@wepanow.com and use the provided Wēpa code to print your document at any Wēpa print station.
  • Cloud. Access your Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365 or OneDrive account at any Wēpa print station to print your files.
  • USB. Insert your USB drive at any Wēpa print station.
  • Canvas. Access your Canvas, D2L, Moodle, Blackboard Learn or Sakai files at any Wēpa print station to print your files.

How do I deposit money into my account?

Funds can be deposited either by debit/credit card or using PayPal from our website. You can access the deposit menu by logging into the website and selecting deposit funds from the menu icon.  You can also deposit funds while at the kiosk by credit/debit card.

PayPal will be an option on the kiosk at a later time.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued for any print that has a defect. You must request a refund within 3 business days of the incident. Depending on the situation a picture of the print may be needed for a refund to be processed. This is to help with finding out what caused the problem and to eliminate fraudulent refund requests.

How do I get multiple slides per page?

There are a few ways to get multiple slides per page. The easiest option would be using the print app either on your personal computer or school computer. The print app works on both Windows and Mac. Files types that will allow multiple slides per page using this method are PDFs and Microsoft PowerPoints.

How do I register my account?

Registering your account is really easy. There are two ways to do this, you can either swipe your campus card at the kiosk or go to our website. If you are logging into the website, click the login button at the top right. Once at the login screen, choose your school from the drop-down menu then enter in your school credentials. Once you log in, you’re all set. Your account has been auto created. How can I upload my document to WEPA?

How do I use the WEPA print station to print my document?

Printing your document from the print station is a simple process. Sign into your account either by swiping your campus card at the print station or if you forgot your card choose the “don’t have a campus card?” button then choose either student or guest and enter in your credentials. Once signed in, you will see all your documents that are in the queue, select the ones that you want to print then choose the payment option below.

How long do documents stay available to print?

Documents are available for release for six days.  If you have printed your document and would like another copy during the six-day window, you can recover the file at our website to print it again.  Documents are permanently removed from our servers after six days
