Testing Services provides proctoring for students participating in classes at other Virginia Community Colleges. We do not provide proctoring services for colleges outside the Virginia Community College System. If you are interested in having a test proctored please read more about proctoring procedures.

If you agree with the procedures fill out a student proctor request form. This form must be on file in Testing Services before any tests are administered.  We reserves the right to refuse any tests if they are not able to accommodate your instructor’s test requirements.

Please allow up to 5 business days (not including weekends) to process your paperwork.

It is highly recommended that you submit proctoring requests at least 7 business days before you plan to test as we do not have the ability to rush this process for any reason.

In addition, you will need to contact your institution’s Testing Center to find out what paperwork they require to have your exams administered at another institution. Most institutions require a Testing Services staff member to complete and submit their proctor request form. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure all instructions from their home school have been followed and any forms from their home school have been submitted to the Testing Center.

Please note: All correspondence will be made using your VCCS student email account.
