Important Information
Students:
- Should arrive early so they can complete their final exam before the testing center closes
- Complete a purple Exam Pass on the table in the hallway and sign it on the back
- Must be inside the Testing Center at least one hour before the center closes for any academic test/exam.
- Must present a valid government-issued photo identification (driver's license, state ID card, passport, military ID. etc.) or Germanna student ID. Photocopies are not accepted.
- Should store personal belongings in a locker
- Power off your cell phone after you authenticate and store it in the locker
- Must know your MyGCC username and password and password to MyMathLab and other testing websites
- Must know your student id number, course number, instructor’s name, and test/exam number.
- Be prepared to wait in line due to the high volume of students testing during final exam week
- Go to the end of the line after you complete each exam (admitted separately for each exam) if you are taking more than one exam (including placement tests
Reminders:
- Academic tests/exams will not be administered after the cut-off time.
- The TEAS, HESI A2 pre-admission nursing exams, and other special exams are not administered during final exam week.
