• Canvas is the Learning Management System for all Germanna and VCCS courses.
• Canvas Guides is the online documentation site for students. The guides provide you with instruction and demonstration of all Canvas tools and features.

• Zoom is the video conferencing technology used by the VCCS and Germanna for all online meetings.
• The Zoom Support site can provide documentation for all Zoom issues, including walkthroughs and the ability to submit tickets for further support.

• Google Help provides you with support for all Google tools. You can also find helpful guides for learning how to use all of the Google Suite features. The support site is organized by tool or you can type your question into the search bar.

• Microsoft Office 365 is available to Germanna students, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.

• Infobase is a solution that provides students, faculty, and staff with online training so that they can successfully utilize technology. Infobase also has content on teaching strategies, career readiness, soft skills, and more.
• Infobase can be accessed through the myGCC portal.

• Credits2Careers allows students to access resources and more information about applying prior work or military experience to college credits.
• Credits2Careers can be accessed through the myGCC portal.

• TransferVA includes information regarding the ability for courses at Germanna to transfer to other institutions.
• Use this information in discussions with faculty and advisors to make the best choice regarding your course selection at Germanna.
