Qualification Requirements
Acceptance is not guaranteed and is based on a competitive admissions process with selective criteria.
Your curricular GPA for admission will be calculated based on the following First Five courses.
These courses must be completed with a grade of C or better prior to the application deadline.
PN classes are held in person at the Locust Grove Campus and the Stafford County Center. Labs, simulations, and clinicals meet in person and are scheduled based on availability.
Please refer to the Nursing Student Handbook for more information.
Students accepted into the PN Program will be notified via student email. Students must attend orientation prior to the first semester of PN courses. Dates are announced in the admission letter. Students who do not attend may reapply for the next PN application cycle.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission into the nursing program.
Application deadlines:
- February 1 to March 15 (for a fall semester start)
- September 1 to October 15 (for a spring semester start)
