Enrollment Services & Academic Advising
Enrollment Services will remain available to assist students online through the Live Support Zoom Room.
Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Students are encouraged to connect with Enrollment Services and Academic Advising during these hours for assistance with admissions, enrollment, registration, and other student service needs.
Academic Center for Excellence
Academic support services will be available online from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. All tutoring appointments will be conducted virtually. In addition, online drop-in hours for the Math Center and Writing Center have been extended and will be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to provide increased support for students.
Testing Centers
The testing centers will be closed on Wednesday, September 30. The centers will resume normal operations on Thursday, October 1, reopening at 8:30 a.m. in Fredericksburg and 9:00 a.m. in Locust Grove and Stafford.
Career & Transfer Center
Career & Transfer Center services will be available online from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note that services will be unavailable from 12:45 to 1:30 p.m. for a brief midday break.
