Stop the Bleed Training

Monday, October 5, 2026 · 2–4 p.m. · SP2, Room 105

The nationally recognized Stop the Bleed® campaign equips everyday individuals with the skills to act quickly and effectively in a bleeding emergency. Participants learn how to recognize life-threatening bleeding, apply direct pressure, pack wounds, and use tourniquets to control blood loss until first responders arrive.

In critical moments, these simple but powerful techniques can help save a life.
