Rape Aggression Defense Systems Training

The Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) Systems program, founded by Lawrence N. Nadeau, is a comprehensive self-defense course designed for women. It teaches practical, easy-to-learn techniques that build confidence and provide realistic options for personal safety.
Participants also receive a lifetime return-and-practice policy, allowing them to refresh and strengthen their skills over time.
