Care Plus Rx Pharmacy will be providing a convenient vaccine clinic at the Daniel Technology Center exclusively for Nursing students, faculty, and staff during Orientation.
Vaccines offered:
- Flu
- COVID
- T-dap
- Hep-B
- RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus, 60 years +)
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please bring a valid health insurance card to your appointment. Without proof of insurance, you will be responsible for the cost of the vaccine(s).
Consent forms are required, and pre-registration is recommended.
