Whether you want to chat live with a representative about topics like financial aid, explore answers on your own through our AI-powered knowledge base, or connect face-to-face with a staff member via Zoom during designated hours, help is always within reach. Choose the option that works best for you and get the guidance you need to stay on track.

Here's how:

1. Click on the speech bubble icon located in the bottom right corner of any page on germanna.edu.

2. Click on AI Chatbot to search for answers across our site.

3. On certain pages, you'll see an option for Live Chat Support. Choose this option and ask for a live representative to answer your questions on specific topics, such as financial aid, enrollment, advising, and paying your tuition.

4. Prefer a face-to-face meeting? On our Contact, Hours, & Locations page, you'll see an option to connect with a live representative via Zoom.
