Did you know that about one in every five Germanna students is a parent? That's a lot of students balancing classes, studying, work, family responsibilities, and everything in between.
This September, we're celebrating the dedication and determination it takes to pursue a college education while raising a family. Throughout the month, we'll be honoring our student parents with spotlights, events, and a few fun surprises—because we see you, we celebrate you, and we're cheering for you.

Family Movie Night
Thursday, September 10 · 6 p.m.
Fredericksburg Area Campus, SP2, Sealy Auditorium
Grab the kids, put on your favorite pajamas, bring a cozy blanket, and join us for a Family Movie Night featuring Disney's Elio.
Come enjoy an evening of laughter, adventure, and family fun. This is a free event—come early, seating is limited.
Belvedere Farms Raffle
Week of September 14
It's time for some fall family fun! Student parents will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for tickets to Belvedere Farms, where families can enjoy hayrides, Pumpkin Mountain, the Great Adventure Maize Maze, the pumpkin patch, and much more.
Get ready for an autumn adventure.
Student Parent Pizza & Game Night

Let's wrap up Student Parent Month by coming together. Student parents and their families are invited to enjoy pizza, games, and time connecting with other Germanna families. It's a chance to relax, have some fun, and celebrate the wonderful community of student parents at Germanna.
