Campus Operations—May 14, 2026

While the college is open, to support the Commencement ceremonies operations and ensure a smooth, memorable experience for our graduates and their families, the following office schedule adjustments will be in effect on Thursday, May 14, 2026:

• Enrollment Services/Welcome Centers at all locations will be closed.
• The Student Affairs and Welcome Center offices at the Stafford County Center and the Daniel Technology Center will be closed; all other activities at these locations will continue as scheduled.
• The Locust Grove Campus Advising Office will close at 10 a.m.
• The Locust Grove Campus Testing Center will be closed.
• The Fredericksburg Area Campus and all other Student Services offices, with the exception of the Testing Center, will close at 3 p.m.
• The Enrollment Services virtual drop-in room will remain open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to continue supporting students.

Additionally, the Fredericksburg Area Campus Testing Center will open at 9 a.m. (regular time) on Friday, May 15. All other Student Services Offices will open at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 15.
