Campus Community Emergency Response Team Training

Campus Community Emergency Response Team (C-CERT) is a nationally recognized FEMA certification program that strengthens campus safety and supports continuity of operations at Germanna. Designed for faculty and staff, the program builds confidence through practical, hands-on training that prepares participants to respond effectively in an emergency.
Training covers fire safety, light search and rescue, team coordination, and basic disaster medical operations—empowering participants to act quickly, protect life and property, and help stabilize campus operations until emergency responders arrive.
