Germanna at Center Street Opens Fall 2024
Classes start October 17, 2024
Germanna is expanding, and this fall, we’re opening two state-of-the-art buildings at our brand-new Center Street location in north Stafford County.
Located off Garrisonville Road and easily accessible from 95 using exit 143, the new 74,000 square foot center will offer an enhanced learning environment for students pursuing an education in the health sciences and information technology and cybersecurity.

Robert C. O’Neill Wellness Clinic
Opening Spring 2025
The Robert C. O’Neill Wellness Clinic will provide a range of wellness screenings and educational services, including health assessments such as hearing, vision, blood glucose, blood pressure, vital signs, and nutrition evaluations.
The clinic will also host community educational events focused on topics including nutrition, medication management, weight management, dental health, smoking cessation, accident prevention, physical therapy, exercise, and stress management.
Programs and Classes
Classes will start on October 17, 2024. New and continuing students are encouraged to speak with an academic advisor to start exploring available classes at Center Street in fall 2024.
