The Certification Request Form should be submitted to the Military & Veteran Service Center as soon as the student registers for classes. Failure to submit this form in a timely matter may result in delayed benefits.
The Certification Adjustment Form should be submitted to the Military & Veteran Service Center if the student makes any changes to their schedule after first requesting certification. Failure to report changes in a student's schedule may result in delayed benefits or the generation of debts.
Work Force & Non-Credit Degree Programs

Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal
If a student fails to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress as defined by the school, the Military & Veteran Service Center will be unable to process their benefits to the VA or DVS. Students who do not meet the GPA requirements for the amount of credits they have attempted must complete a SAP Appeal Form and submit it to the M&VSC before submitting their Certification Request Form. Please contact the Veteran Academic Advisor or the MVSC Office at large to request a SAP Appeal Form.
